Release Success: GeeJay's "Young Girl" on BBC Radio 2 & 100K Streams in 2 Weeks

In addition, during its initial 14-day release window, the track surpassed 100K streams on Spotify (blue line), outperforming every prior release by a significant margin. This was accompanied by editorial support from Spotify and local tastemakers.

"Young Girl" comes as the first single from GeeJay's forthcoming album and headline show at the Islington Assembly Hall (900 cap) in November 2025, part of the London Jazz Festival 2025.
